carrot cake

Maaflah gambar tak memuaskan...nk berkongsi resipi carrot cake....

resipi ni saya cnp je dar blog Teratak Ina..harap bolehlah kita berkongsi ilmu di sini ye..thanx pada tuan punya resipi..

Bahan-bahan
  • 3 cawan lobak merah -di parut
  • 4 biji telur
  • 1 1/4 cawan minyak sayur- next time nk kurangkan maybe 3/4cwn@1 cwn memadai- sy letak 3/4 cwn minyak jagung
  • 2 cawan gula- hana kurangkan sbb ltk madu dua sudu. lg sedapp!- sy letak 3/4 cwn brown sugar,1 cwn gula castor dan 1 sudu madu
  • 2 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 cawan golden raisin
  • 1 cawan walnut- roast & crush- x letak
  • 1 sudu teh garam halus
  • 2 sudu teh soda bikarbonat- hana kurangkan- letak 1 sudu teh
  • 2 sudu teh baking powder
  • 1 sudu teh serbuk kayu manis - x letak
  • Topping/Glazing
  • 1 1/4 cawan gula icing
  • 3 oz creamcheese ( maaf ya, nnti i convert into gm)
  • 1 sudu makan corn syrup ( boleh diganti ngan golden syrup)
  • 1 sudu teh vanilla extract
Cara-cara
  1. Ayak tepung bersama garam, baking powder & soda.
  2. Masukkan pula parutan lobak merah, walnut &raisin kedalam tepung. Gaul rata.
  3. Didalam bekas lain, pukul telur,minyak & gula hingga sebati.
  4. Masukkan campuran telur kedalam campuran tepung dan gaul rata.
  5. Masukkan adunan kedalam loyang 10" yg telah di gris.
  6. Bakar didalam oven yg telah dipanaskan selama 50-60 min pada suhu 175C atau sehingga masak.
  7. Bila sudah masak, keluarkan dah sejukkan dan masukkan kedalam peti sejuk sehingga betul2 sejuk.
  8. Setelah sejuk, boleh dihias dengan creamcheese glazing.
  9. Topping/Glaze- Pukul creamcheese bersama gula icing, syrup dan vanilla extract.
UTK TOPPING hana gune resepi zaliana.- sy pun sama gak cam Hana
50 gm mentega
215 gm krim keju
130 gm gula aising - hana kurangkan
1 camca teh esen vanilla - hana ganti jus lemon
> pukul semua sebati dan sapukan atas kek.

pulut angry bird

ni adalah pulut manis yg dibuat bentuk angry bird...hahahah..ade rupa angry bird ke?

resipi apam balik crispy

salam semua...
n3 ni dh lama nk share..tp x sempat2 laaa...oklah hari tu terjumpa satu resipi apam balik yg mmg crispy...tp maaflah..gambarnya x snap..lain kali kalau buat kita taruk dlm blog ye...resipi ni terjumpa kat satu blog..harapnya tuan punya blog x kisahlah kalau kita share kat sini ye...

Ingredients:
170 gm all purpose flour
100 gm rice flour
30 gm cornstarch
2 tsp double action baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
6 - 7 ozs water
150 gm fine granulated sugar

Filling:
120 g melted butter
150 gm fine granulated sugar
1 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, strain and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours. (i left it overnight)
  2. Heat a crepe pan or a small nonstick pan slightly. (just hot enough for batter to stick to pan)
  3. Pour in a 4 oz ladle of batter and swirl pan so that batter is coating the edge. Remove the excess batter and sprinkle in some sugar on the pancake.
  4. Cook till the bottom of pancake is golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with melted butter and then chopped roasted peanuts.
  6. Fold the pancake into a half and leave to cool.(it will be crispy as soon as it gets cold)

A: Yes.
Q: Why my apam is not crispy?
A: I'm not sure about the reason(s), so far this recipe works for me.

A: No, I do not conduct any classes at the moment.
Q: Do I need an iron cast pan for making this?
A: I use normal non-stick cooking pan, it is not necessary to use iron cast pan.
